By accessing or using TianJi Health, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of TianJi Health (the “Service”). By browsing, registering, or generating any wellness card or report, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

Educational use only

The Service provides general wellness education based on traditional Chinese medicine theory (WuYun-LiuQi / Climate-Health Cycles). It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. All outputs are informational and must not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Accounts and quotas

Anonymous visitors receive a limited daily quota of AI-assisted card generations. Registered users may receive additional quota. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, automation, or circumvention of quotas.

Intellectual property

Classical text references derive from historical sources presented for education. Software, design, computed outputs, product copy, and original commentary are owned by TianJi Health or its licensors. You may not scrape, republish, or redistribute computed outputs at scale without permission.

Third-party services

The Service integrates gateway providers for authentication, AI processing, and payment when enabled. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. TianJi Health is not responsible for their separate practices beyond our contractual controls.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Classical sources are interpreted in good faith but may contain transcription or interpretation limits.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TianJi Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
