Compatibility
Last updated: July 2026
This page describes the browsers, devices, and technologies that TianJi Health supports, plus known limits.
Supported browsers
Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. We target the latest two major releases of each. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Devices
Public pages are mobile-first and work on phone, tablet, and desktop. Minimum practical viewport is about 320px. Interactive controls aim for 44×44px touch targets.
JavaScript and network
Interactive tools (AI-assisted cards, questionnaires, seasonal plans) need JavaScript and a network path to the API. Static educational pages (legal, many glossary entries) remain readable if scripts fail.
Languages
The Service is available in English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean. Browser language is detected on first visit; you can switch anytime via the header or footer switcher.
Accessibility
We aim for strong contrast, visible focus, semantic structure, and reduced-motion respect. If you hit a barrier, tell us via Contact with the page URL and what assistive tech you use.
Known limitations
Yunqi calendar conversion is engineered for modern civil dates; extreme historical or far-future dates may hit astronomical edge cases. Classical retrieval coverage is strongest for the configured Suwen / corpus keys already loaded — not every classical book is indexed yet.
API and gateway dependencies
Layer-2 and Layer-3 insights depend on the API and AI gateway. If those are temporarily unavailable, Layer-1 deterministic tools should still work while AI cards may delay or error.
Changes to this page
We may update compatibility notes as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date above.
